Ideal Production Supervisor Qualifications:
- 3+ years in relevant work, preferably in food industry manufacturing, or related highly-automated manufacturing experience
- 2+ years of supervisory experience, showcasing your ability to effectively manage and grow your team
- Strong understanding of LEAN principles to contribute to streamlined and efficient operations
- Ability to read and interpret documents, ensuring seamless adherence to safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
- Familiarity with USDA, FDA, and BRC regulations highly preferred
- Prior high-automated manufacturing experience required

- Effectively monitor product quality, usage, waste, and counts to ensure peak performance and attainment
- Handle safety, housekeeping, policy implementation, employee relations, cost control, and effective problem-solving
