As the (Senior) IT Procurement Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing all categories related to IT procurement. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute procurement strategies for IT-related categories, including software, hardware and services.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and align procurement activities with organizational goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, negotiate contracts, and ensure competitive pricing.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external vendors, to drive effective procurement processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and conditions, and mitigating risks.
- Monitor supplier performance, conduct periodic reviews, and implement appropriate corrective actions when necessary.
- Drive cost savings initiatives, identify opportunities for process optimization, and implement best practices in procurement operations.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with global teams to leverage synergies and contribute to global procurement strategies.
