Responsibilities:
Develop and execute procurement strategies for IT-related categories, including software, hardware and services.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and align procurement activities with organizational goals.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, negotiate contracts, and ensure competitive pricing.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external vendors, to drive effective procurement processes.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and conditions, and mitigating risks.
Monitor supplier performance, conduct periodic reviews, and implement appropriate corrective actions when necessary.
Drive cost savings initiatives, identify opportunities for process optimization, and implement best practices in procurement operations.
