- Optimise warehouse layout and flow using Lean principles.
- Implement changes to enhance efficiency from docks to the warehouse.
- Component Supply
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and use Just-In-Time (JIT) management.
- Ensure seamless communication between warehouse and production teams.
- Team Versatility
- Cross-train employees to handle multiple roles and create a training schedule.
