Affiliate Marketing Manager
A consumer products client of mine is hiring for an Affiliate Marketing Manager based our of their HQ in New Jersey. This role will be based onsite in Bergen County.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage day‑to‑day affiliate operations, partner onboarding, and program growth
- Track performance, monitor promotions/compliance, and identify new partnership opportunities
- Support SEO tasks including keyword research, on‑page updates, and content optimization
- Assist with content needs for social campaigns across platforms
- Coordinate with creators and UGC contributors to deliver on‑brand assets
- Maintain and organize a UGC library while helping source new contributors
- Support relationships with affiliates, agencies, and platform partners
- Respond to partner needs and ensure deliverables are completed accurately
- Collaborate with internal teams to keep communication and execution aligned
Requirements:
- Experience with affiliate marketing and/or SEO, plus social or UGC coordination
- 5+ years of experience working in Affiliate Marketing
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑moving environment; CPG experience a plus
- Ability to be mainly onsite in NJ
