About the Role
As Branch Manager, you will oversee a team of 12 professionals, driving growth and operational excellence as we expand in the UK market. You will be responsible for managing air, ocean, and road freight operations, strengthening our brand, and developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead & Develop the Team - Manage and inspire a team of 12, ensuring high performance and continuous growth.
✅ Drive Market Expansion - Develop and execute strategies to establish and grow our presence in the UK.
✅ Oversee Freight Operations - Ensure seamless air, ocean, and FTL (road freight) services, optimizing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
✅ Develop New Business - Identify and secure new clients, expanding our customer base and revenue streams.
✅ Ensure Profitability & Compliance - Manage financial performance, pricing strategies, and operational standards.
