About the Role
We're looking for a dynamic, commercially driven Business Development Manager to accelerate our contract logistics growth across France. If you thrive on building strategic partnerships, shaping supply-chain solutions, and turning complex customer needs into high‑value, long-term business, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
You'll be at the forefront of expanding our 3PL footprint-leading high‑visibility pursuits, engaging senior stakeholders, and collaborating across operations, engineering, and solution design teams to win transformative deals.
This role is perfect for someone who blends entrepreneurial thinking with sharp analytical capability and a deep understanding of warehousing, fulfillment, and value‑added logistics services.

What You'll Do
Drive Growth & Market Expansion
  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within France's most promising sectors (e‑commerce, Fashion, retail, FMCG, industrial, healthcare, etc.).
  • Develop strategic account plans and lead the entire sales cycle-from first conversation to contract signature.
  • Build a strong pipeline of mid-to-large opportunities, aligned with our growth strategy and warehouse network capacities.
Shape High-Impact Solutions
  • Partner with solution design, operations, engineering, and pricing teams to co-create compelling, optimised logistics solutions.
  • Lead RFI/RFQ/RFP responses, ensuring proposals are commercially competitive, operationally feasible, and clearly differentiated.
  • Conduct site visits, due diligence, and customer workshops to refine solution fit.
Lead Strategic Relationships
  • Become a trusted advisor to customers-understanding their supply-chain pain points, innovation aspirations, and long-term requirements.
  • Build senior-level relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and customer forums.
Deliver Commercial Excellence
  • Negotiate complex multi-year logistics contracts, balancing profitability with customer value.
  • Work closely with finance and legal to shape pricing models and contracting frameworks.
  • Regularly review and report on pipeline health, market trends, and competitor activity.

What You Bring
  • 5+ years of business development or commercial experience in contract logistics, warehousing, or 3PL supply chain services (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of the French logistics market, customer expectations, and competitive landscape.
  • Track record of closing significant multi-site or high-complexity logistics deals.
  • Ability to translate operational requirements into scalable commercial solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills-French and English required.
  • Strong financial literacy (P&L understanding, pricing models, cost components).
  • Entrepreneurial energy, curiosity, and the ambition to push boundaries.
