Key Responsibilities:
Identify, pursue, and qualify new land development opportunities across Saudi Arabia and the UAE
Support acquisitions, transactions, and negotiation processes with private landowners and government entities.
Conduct due diligence on land availability, legal status, feasibility, and investment potential.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industrial park development, including logistics parks and factory/warehouse planning.
Work closely with government entities on land use planning, permitting, approvals, and compliance requirements.
Serve as a point of contact for key stakeholders across government, private sector, and project partners.
