The Mandate
DSJ Global are leading a confidential search for a globally recognised entry-level Luxury performance brand rooted in precision engineering, innovation, and a strong association with contemporary culture.
The business is entering a new phase of growth, with a clear ambition to strengthen its position particularly across European markets, accelerate commercial performance, and modernise customer engagement across channels.
This role represents a Governance Board-level appointment, with full accountability for leading the European business and shaping its next phase of expansion.
The Role
You will lead a diverse and high-potential region, driving both top-line growth and brand momentum across a dynamic and competitive landscape.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining and executing a high-performance commercial strategy across Europe's key markets
- Owning full regional P&L with a focus on growth acceleration and operational discipline
- Driving performance across an omnichannel ecosystem, including:
- Direct-to-Consumer (DTC): mono-brand boutiques, e-commerce
- Wholesale & selective distribution: premium retailers, watch specialists, strategic partners
- Travel Retail: high-footfall international hubs
- Digital platforms
- Building stronger engagement with a broad luxury consumer base, spanning:
- Aspirational luxury customers
- Core enthusiasts and collectors
- Emerging, younger luxury consumers
- Leveraging the brand's DNA across:
- Sport partnerships
- Events and experiential marketing
- Ambassador-driven storytelling
- Elevating commercial execution, retail productivity, and channel optimisation across markets
- Leading and developing regional leadership teams with a focus on performance culture and accountability
- Acting as a key voice at Governance Board level, contributing to global strategy and organisational direction

The Profile
We are seeking a senior leader with:
- Significant experience in premium consumer goods, or performance-driven brands
- Strong track record in multi-market European leadership roles
- Deep expertise across retail, wholesale, and digital commerce models
- Exposure to brand-led, marketing-intensive environments (sport, lifestyle, or culturally driven brands highly relevant)
- Proven ability to drive both growth and operational performance
Critically, you will bring:
- A commercially sharp, performance-oriented mindset
- Comfort operating in a faster-paced, results-driven luxury environment
- Ability to engage a broader and more diverse customer base than traditional ultra-high luxury
- Strong leadership presence with credibility at Board level
