Compensation: $125,000- $160,000 base + bonus + full benefits
Summary:
A rapidly growing systems integrator is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex, large-scale projects from concept through commissioning. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys overseeing highly technical installations tied to critical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle project execution, from kickoff through startup and client handoff
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, field operations, and subcontractors
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring strong communication and satisfaction
- Drive procurement, vendor selection, and equipment delivery timelines
- Oversee installation, commissioning, and system startup activities
- Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across project execution processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (mechanical, construction management, electrical or industrial - preferred)
- Ideally 3-5 years of project management experience in industrial environments
- Background in industrial refrigeration, ammonia systems, or similar process systems highly preferred
- Adaptability working on diverse equipment and machinery
- Proven experience managing capital projects and working with contractors/vendors
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, P&IDs, and equipment installation
- Excellent communication skills
