DSJ Global is partnered with a leading semiconductor test and measurement firm who is actively growing their Field Applications team. Join and help deliver innovative test solutions for cutting‑edge semiconductor technologies. This role will be based in San Jose, but may be required to travel regionally to support customers.
What You'll Do
- Develop, debug, and deploy test solutions for Digital, High‑Speed Digital, SoC, Mixed‑Signal, and Analog devices
- Create test programs and review load board / probe card designs
- Diagnose issues and optimize throughput on advanced ATE platforms
- Work closely with customers to improve test processes and coverage
- Support production release including correlation, gauge R&R, and test cell integration
- Contribute to hardware/software conceptual design and PCB/interface requirements
- Demonstrate tester capabilities, deliver training, and produce technical content
- Build strong technical relationships and understand customer needs
- Stay informed on ATE industry trends and competitive technologies
About You
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical/Computer Engineering
- 5-8 years in semiconductor test or product engineering
- Hands-on RF test development experience on ATE (Teradyne, Advantest, Eagle, etc.)
- Strong programming skills (C#, VB, C++, C, Java)
- Experience with Digital, HSD, SoC, Mixed Signal, or Analog testing (a plus)
- Silicon Photonics knowledge (a plus)
- Proficient with Windows and Excel; familiarity with handlers/probers appreciated
- Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills
- Collaborative mindset with ability to work independently
- Willing to travel 25%+ domestically and internationally
