Mein Kunde ist ein global agierender Mittelständler in der Logistikbranche mit einem breiten Leistungsportfolio: Lagerlogistik, Air & Sea Freight sowie Road Transport. Das Unternehmen befindet sich aktuell in einer strategischen Neuausrichtung und strukturiert seine Führungspositionen regional, um weiteres Wachstum und Effizienz sicherzustellen.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Gesamtverantwortung für die Region Süddeutschland mit über 10 Niederlassungen
- Führung von rund 1.000 Mitarbeitenden
- Verantwortung für die P&L der Region (ca. 200 Mio. € Umsatz)
- Sicherstellung der operativen Exzellenz in allen Geschäftsbereichen: Lager, Air & Sea, Road
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Wachstumsstrategien sowie Optimierung der Prozesse
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem COO und dem globalen Führungsteam
- Repräsentation des Unternehmens gegenüber Kunden, Partnern und Behörden
Ihr Profil
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Top-Führungsposition innerhalb der Logistikbranche
- Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Steuerung komplexer Strukturen und großer Teams
- Tiefes Verständnis für alle relevanten Logistikbereiche (Lager, Air & Sea, Road)
- Unternehmerisches Denken, strategische Stärke und Hands-on-Mentalität
- Kommunikationsstark, durchsetzungsfähig und erfahren im Change Management
