Shape the future of global logistics procurement in a senior, strategic role with enterprise-wide impact. You'll own a $250M annual spend (influencing up to $800M), leading global sourcing strategies across transportation and warehousing. Working with senior stakeholders and regional teams, you'll optimise logistics networks, drive innovation, and deliver sustainable, commercial value at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute global logistics procurement strategies aligned to operational priorities
- Lead high‑value negotiations and strategic partnerships with global logistics providers
- Influence and guide regional category managers within a matrix organisation
- Standardise ways of working and reduce complexity across logistics procurement
- Apply AI and digital tools to improve efficiency and decision‑making
- Embed sustainability into logistics sourcing and supplier management
- Manage 4PL relationships and overall supplier network performance
- Own the commercial strategy across all transport modes and warehousing
Experience & Capabilities
- Deep expertise in logistics procurement, covering warehousing and all transport modes
- Strong background managing complex, outsourced service categories
- Proven international negotiation and commercial leadership experience
- Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and global teams
- Strong understanding of logistics market dynamics and sustainability trends
- Experience delivering digital or AI‑enabled transformation in supply chain
