We're partnering with a leading global logistics and supply chain organisation to find a Global Customer Director for their eRetail & Fashion sector. This is a high-impact, strategic role focused on managing one of the company's most important global accounts.

You'll lead cross-functional teams across multiple business units, drive innovation, and deliver transformative solutions that elevate customer performance and strengthen long-term partnerships.


🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Account Leadership

  • Develop and execute long-term customer development plans.
  • Identify growth opportunities, innovation initiatives, and eCommerce strategies.
  • Conduct strategic dialogues with global decision-makers to align business goals.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, especially at C-level.
  • Align customer and internal agendas to anticipate future trends.
  • Drive renewal of profitable business and support opportunity assessments.

Sales Execution

  • Lead deal preparation, including requirement gathering, pricing strategy, and proposal development.
  • Present and negotiate solutions with global stakeholders.
  • Ensure successful deal closure and activation.

Post-Sales Engagement

  • Coordinate global service delivery and performance reviews.
  • Act as the key contact for customer communications and escalations.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and support account receivables.

🧠 What You'll Bring:

  • 5-10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or relevant sector.
  • 3-5 years in commercial roles with consultative selling experience.
  • Deep understanding of global supply chains and customer operations.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
  • Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
