They are seeking a highly skilled Senior International Project Manager to drive strategic production and machinery projects across global markets. This is a pivotal role reporting directly to the COO, offering high visibility and significant influence within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage international investment and technology projects from concept to completion.
- Oversee all phases of project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Develop technical concepts, business cases, and decision-making frameworks for major initiatives.
- Manage mechanical engineering projects, including tendering, monitoring, and quality assurance.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, supply chain teams, and external partners.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Support plant modernisation, capacity expansion, and international growth projects.
- Continuously improve project management processes and standards.
- Travel internationally up to 40% to support project execution.
Your Profile
- Extensive experience in international project management, ideally within production or investment projects.
- Strong expertise in budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, business administration, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional presence.
- High intercultural competence and willingness to travel internationally (approx. 40%).
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style.
- Experience in change management and transformation projects is a plus.
