Ein führendes Industrieunternehmen im Bereich Komponentenfertigung und Services sucht zur Verstärkung des Standortes einen erfahrenen Health & Safety Manager (m/w/d). Die Rolle hat zentrale Bedeutung für die Weiterentwicklung der Sicherheitskultur und die Sicherstellung eines gesetzeskonformen, sicheren Arbeitsumfelds.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Zentrale Ansprechperson für alle EHS-Themen
- Umsetzung von EHS‑Zielen und Sicherstellung aller gesetzlichen & normativen Vorgaben
- Planung und Durchführung von Programmen, Trainings und Audits (u. a. ISO 45001, ISO 14001)
- Analyse und Reporting relevanter EHS‑KPIs
- Unterstützung bei Vorfallanalysen und Root‑Cause‑Investigations
- Regelmäßige Safety Walks sowie Steuerung externer Dienstleister
- Verantwortung für PSA‑Standards, Unterweisungen und EHS‑Freigaben
- Pflege sicherheitsrelevanter Dokumentationen und Nachweise
Ihr Profil
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im EHS‑Umfeld, idealerweise in der Metallverarbeitung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in ISO 14001 und ISO 45001
- Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung von Sicherheitskulturen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse aktueller Gesetze & Normen
- Bachelor in Ingenieurwissenschaften, EHS oder vergleichbar
- Zertifizierung als Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
