Company Summary: Our client is one of the largest family-owned distributors and converters of paper and paperboard in printing and packaging. Their products include specialty papers, packaging boards, digital press compatible stock and laminates for commercial printing clients, packaging clients, direct mailers and signage. The Inside Sales Rep will build relationships, solve problems, and deliver excellent customer service while supporting the sales team, organizing orders and connecting customers to the operations teams.
The Inside Sales Rep has these key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Account Managers to respond to customer inquiries on pricing, inventory, and delivery timelines.
- Keep CRM systems, pricing sheets, and customer program details accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Manage orders from start to finish, ensuring precision and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing product and process training to enhance your expertise.
The Inside Sales Rep should have the following qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with AS400 is a plus.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on growth and continuous improvement.
