Inventory Specialist

This full-time role offers the opportunity to join a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative team. As an Inventory Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring inventory accuracy, supporting purchasing and forecasting processes, and maintaining clean, reliable product data. The position involves cross-functional collaboration with operations, sales, and marketing to ensure inventory aligns with business needs, product launches, and seasonal demand.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of experience in inventory management, purchasing, or supply chain operations-preferably in a direct-to-consumer (DTC) or ecommerce setting. Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite is a plus), strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, and a high level of attention to detail are essential. A proactive, organized mindset and a desire to grow within a dynamic supply chain function are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile monthly inventory and investigate discrepancies across multiple warehouse locations
• Manage inventory adjustments for tradeshows, PR events, and special allocations
• Track and document inventory transfers between facilities and maintain daily inventory reports
• Place and monitor purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any delays with vendors
• Analyze item performance to support demand forecasting and safety stock planning
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align inventory with promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns
• Maintain accurate product data, including SKUs, UPCs, dimensions, weights, and bundling configurations in ERP and warehouse systems
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline inventory and purchasing processes
