Unser Mandant ist ein international aufgestelltes Unternehmen im Bereich Transport & Logistik mit starkem Wachstum im europäischen Markt. Im Zuge des strategischen Ausbaus wird aktuell im Corporate Center ein neuer China Desk aufgebaut.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Key Accounts mit China-Bezug
- Aufbau und Entwicklung neuer Kundenbeziehungen im internationalen Umfeld
- Aktive Mitgestaltung und strategischer Aufbau des China Desks
- Steuerung und Teilnahme an Ausschreibungen (RFQs / Tendern)
- Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Transport- und Logistiklösungen (Air & Sea Freight, ggf. weitere Dienstleistungen)
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Schnittstellen, insbesondere zwischen Europa und China
- Verantwortung für Umsatzentwicklung sowie KPI-Tracking innerhalb des Kundenportfolios
Ihr Profil
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Key Account Management, Vertrieb oder Business Development innerhalb der Transport- und Logistikbranche
- Fundiertes Verständnis von Freight Forwarding (Luft- und Seefracht) sowie internationalen Lieferketten
- Fließende Deutsch- und Chinesischkenntnisse (Mandarin) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit internationalen Kunden und interkulturellen Stakeholdern
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke
- Unternehmerisches Denken und Interesse am Aufbau neuer Geschäftsfelder
