A leading manufacturer in the paper and pulp industry is seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee plant maintenance operations at its Tulsa facility. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of all equipment and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Manage maintenance budgets and vendor relationships.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across maintenance operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in maintenance management within the paper & pulp industry.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Familiarity with CMMS and maintenance planning tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, industrial environment.
Preferred:
- Degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field.
- Experience with lean manufacturing and reliability-centered maintenance.
