About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operational functions of our organization. This role is critical in ensuring the efficiency, accuracy, and compliance of our financial reporting, auditing processes, P&L management, office operations, and HR administration.
The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, proactive, and capable of driving operational excellence across multiple business functions.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
- Manage the company's P&L, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timely analysis.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
- Monitor budgets, forecast financial performance, and identify cost‑optimization opportunities.
Office Operations Management
- Oversee all office operations to ensure a productive and efficient working environment.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage vendor relationships, facilities coordination, and procurement activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- At least 8+ years of experience in operations not limited to HR Operation, fianance and Office administration
- Strong understanding of financial statements, P&L oversight, and audit requirements.
- Proven experience managing office and HR operations is highly preferred.
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead cross-functional teams.
