Your responsibilities
- Lead and inspire three teams:
- Contract Management (6 specialists)
- Improvement Consultants (focused on process, safety, sustainability)
- Sourcing Assistants (handling transnational procurement and ticketing)
- Turn vision into action - translate procurement strategy into measurable results.
- Optimise and standardise processes for efficiency and compliance.
- Implement Responsible Sourcing Strategy (aligned with CSDDD/CSRD).
- Drive automation and analytics to support smarter decision-making.
- Professionalise contract management across multiple sites.
