Product Manager
Overview
Seeking a Product Manager to lead strategy, development, and launch of photonics and high‑speed I/O test and measurement solutions. This role focuses on identifying new opportunities, driving product introductions, and engaging closely with customers across the global photonics ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new product and solution opportunities with customers and partners.
- Conduct market research and develop business cases for future product initiatives.
- Lead New Product Introductions to maximize revenue and minimize time‑to‑market.
- Maintain a clear product and solutions roadmap.
- Interpret customer requirements and define optimal solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong network of prospective and existing customers.
- Collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, engineering, operations, and finance.
- Participate in relevant industry standards groups.
- Promote products through customer meetings, trade shows, and virtual presentations.
- Drive competitive positioning and market share growth.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Photonics or related field (Bachelor's required).
- 10+ years in product management with proven product launch success.
- Deep expertise in photonics and high‑speed I/O test and measurement.
- Strong industry presence and global customer network.
- Knowledge of PXI‑based test solutions is a plus.
- Exceptional customer‑facing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build trusted relationships and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
- Highly motivated, results‑oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Willing to travel up to 25%.
