Overview:

A growing advanced manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex product development initiatives within a technically demanding environment. This role is responsible for coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing customer-facing programs, and ensuring new products move efficiently from award through qualification and readiness for production. The successful candidate will bring strong leadership, organizational discipline, and the ability to operate effectively across engineering, operations, and commercial stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple development programs, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and performance objectives are achieved.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver program milestones from initial kickoff through industrialization.
• Build and manage detailed program schedules, action plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor program performance against financial and operational targets, escalating risks as needed.
• Promote continuous improvement in program execution, development processes, and cross‑team collaboration.
• Support leadership with accurate reporting and data-driven insights across active programs.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in program or project leadership roles within a manufacturing or engineering-driven environment.
• Prior experience supporting technically complex products, preferably within regulated or customer-driven industries.
• Strong working knowledge of structured program management methodologies and tools (e.g., schedules, dashboards, budgets)
• Willingness to travel on a limited basis as needed.
• Authorization to work in the United States required.
