Program Manager
The Opportunity
DSJ Global is partnering with a leading global logistics and supply chain solutions provider, seeking a Program Manager to take full strategic ownership of key enterprise clients. This role goes beyond traditional Key Account Management. You will act as the central orchestrator of complex, multi-country customer programs, driving value creation, operational excellence, and long-term strategic partnerships. This is a pure farming role - focused entirely on growing, optimising, and transforming existing enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Account Ownership
- Own and manage a portfolio of large, multinational enterprise accounts
- Act as the primary executive point of contact, building long-term partnerships
- Develop and execute account strategies aligned to client supply chain goals
2. Program & Solution Leadership
- Lead end-to-end customer programs across multiple regions, modes, and stakeholders
- Translate client needs into scalable logistics and supply chain solutions
- Drive implementation of value-added services beyond traditional forwarding
3. Growth & Value Creation (Within Existing Accounts)
- Identify and deliver organic growth opportunities within existing clients
- Expand footprint across geographies, modes, and service lines
- Shift relationships from transactional logistics to integrated supply chain partnerships
4. Operational & Commercial Alignment
- Act as the bridge between commercial, operations, and product teams
- Ensure service delivery meets contractual KPIs, SLAs, and performance targets
- Lead business reviews (QBRs/EBRs) with senior client stakeholders
5. Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Drive process optimization and efficiency improvements across client programs
- Introduce digital tools, visibility solutions, and data-driven insights
- Enhance customer experience and retention through proactive engagement
Your Profile
Experience
- 5-10+ years in logistics / supply chain / freight forwarding
- Proven background as:
- Key Account Manager
- Program Manager
- Strategic Account Manager
- Experience managing large, complex, multinational clients
Core Capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management across multiple countries and functions
- Ability to operate at both:
- Strategic level (account vision, growth planning)
- Operational level (execution, issue resolution)
- Commercial mindset with a track record of growing existing accounts
- Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain solutions
Industry Background (preferred)
- 3PL / Freight Forwarding / Supply Chain Solutions
- Experience with global, matrixed organisations
Languages
- English (mandatory - full professional proficiency)
- Additional language (e.g., Polish, Chinese, or other European languages) is a strong advantage
