Software Procurement, System Optimization Project
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end procurement for enterprise software and business systems, including requirement gathering, sourcing, vendor evaluation, negotiation, and contract execution
- Manage procurement for global software solutions, including enterprise SaaS platforms, office tools, and system subscriptions (new purchase & renewals)
- Drive sourcing strategy and build a high‑quality global supplier ecosystem, continuously identifying and onboarding new vendors
- Partner with business and technology teams to support complex digital transformation projects (e.g., ERP, Finance, HRIS, Procurement, Contract Management, OA systems)
- Oversee procurement of software outsourcing and development services, including effort estimation, pricing validation, SOW review, and delivery acceptance
- Monitor market trends and conduct benchmarking and cost analysis, supporting data‑driven procurement decisions
- Manage supplier performance and governance, including annual reviews, cost optimization, and relationship management
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in software or IT procurement
- Proven experience managing enterprise system procurement projects across the full lifecycle (e.g., ERP, HR, Finance, procurement systems)
- Strong knowledge of SaaS and software outsourcing models, including pricing structures, SOW management, and vendor evaluation
- Familiar with global software vendors and ecosystems, with strong commercial negotiation capability
- Experience supporting international procurement initiatives or working with overseas software vendors (mandatory)
- Strong project management and cross‑functional communication skills, with the ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Solid understanding of cost control, procurement processes, and contract management
Language Requirement
- Fluency in Mandarin is required, with strong English communication skills for global stakeholder collaboration
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in AI tools, data platforms, or intelligent software procurement
- Exposure to technology‑driven companies (e.g., internet, fintech, or quantitative investment firms)
