Sr. HR Generalist

- Provide day-to-day HR support across multiple functions including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and HR operations
- Partner with leadership to drive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead employee relations investigations, conflict resolution, and policy enforcement
- Advise managers on performance management, disciplinary actions, and terminations
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and offer management
- Support onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit processes
- Develop and maintain accurate HRIS and applicant tracking system data
- Assist in preparation of HR metrics, reporting, and audit documentation
- Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, systems, and programs
- Support employee engagement initiatives, including surveys and culture programs
- Provide coaching on career development, goal setting, and employee growth
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on compensation, benefits, and talent initiatives
- Contribute to HR projects, system implementations, and process optimization efforts
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior generalist or HR business partner capacity
- Experience working in a regulated, manufacturing, or fast-paced operational environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Experience with HRIS platforms (ADP or similar systems)
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive change
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
