Role: Supply Chain Commodity Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Drive year-over-year cost savings and support company AOP goals
- Lead negotiations and long-term supplier agreements to strengthen partnerships
- Resolve supplier performance issues and drive accountability (OTD, quality, cost)
- Execute supplier consolidation and risk mitigation strategies
- Develop and implement commodity strategies aligned with business growth
- Manage relationships with top suppliers, including executive-level reviews and strategy alignment
- Monitor market trends and communicate risks and opportunities
- Promote company values, support change initiatives, and ensure compliance with security and safety standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Results-driven with strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven experience in supply chain and supplier management (automotive and/or aerospace preferred)
- Strong negotiation, analysis, and problem-solving (RCA) skills
- Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain and financial impact (P&L, costs, working capital)
- Experience with lean methodologies and continuous improvement
