Supply Chain Director
The opportunity
We are seeking a hands‑on Director of Supply Chain to take full ownership of the end‑to‑end supply chain function within a rapidly scaling, engineering‑driven organization.
This role exists to take supply chain ownership off the executive team, bringing leadership, structure, and scalability across planning, procurement, and logistics in preparation for continued growth.
Key responsibilities
- Owntheend‑to‑end supply chain function, including:
- Planning & S&OP
- Procurement
- Logistics & warehousing
- Build and lead a high‑performing supply chain organization across multiple European locations
- Implement structure, governance, and scalable processes in a fast‑growing environment
- Drive alignment between engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain
- Oversee engineering change impact on supply chain and production
- Lead ERP‑enabled supply chain improvements and process maturity
- Act as a key strategic partner to senior leadership during scale‑up
What we're looking for
- 15-20+ years of end‑to‑end supply chain leadership experience
- Strong background in defense, aerospace, advanced manufacturing, or complex industrial environments
- Proven experience leading supply chain functions during rapid growth or transformation
- Deep understanding of engineering‑driven manufacturing and change management
- Track record of building structure where it didn't exist
- Comfortable in high‑pressure, fast‑paced, low‑bureaucracy environments
- Leadership style that is hands‑on, decisive, and pragmatic
