Location: Bossier City, Louisiana
Compensation: $130,000-$150,000 base + bonus + benefits
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations in a high-speed manufacturing environment. This role will focus on production planning, logistics, and warehouse management, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee production planning and scheduling for high-speed manufacturing operations.
- Manage logistics and warehouse functions, driving efficiency and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely material flow and inventory accuracy.
- Implement best practices for planning and scheduling to maximize throughput and minimize downtime.
- Support procurement activities as needed to maintain supply continuity.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in manufacturing supply chain management, with a strong focus on production planning and scheduling.
- Expertise in logistics and warehouse operations within a fast-paced environment.
- High-speed manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of procurement processes is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
