We're building an AI-driven platform designed to transform modern supply chains - and we need transformation leaders who deeply understand operational realities and enterprise systems.
As a Supply Chain Transformation Leader, you'll serve as the critical link between business strategy and operational execution. Your role is to engage directly with supply chain executives, diagnose challenges, and lead initiatives that deliver measurable impact. This is not just about process improvement - it's about driving enterprise-wide change that strengthens resilience, efficiency, and customer value.
What You'll Do
- Partner with business leaders: Act as a trusted advisor during strategic planning and execution, helping stakeholders articulate needs and shape transformation priorities.
- Translate pain points into actionable plans: Define use cases, success metrics, and implementation roadmaps for technology and process changes.
- Champion adoption and change: Ensure every initiative reflects the operator's perspective and delivers practical, scalable value.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with IT, engineering, product, and operations teams to balance technical feasibility with business realities.
- Validate and iterate: Stress-test solutions, uncover edge cases, and refine processes for real-world impact.
- Shape the transformation roadmap: Turn insights into actionable priorities for near-term wins and long-term strategy.
- Measure success: Track adoption, operational improvements, and business outcomes across cost, service, and agility metrics.
Who You Are
- Experienced in leading or supporting complex supply chain networks and familiar with enterprise systems (ERP, WMS, TMS, OMS).
- Skilled at building credibility with operators and translating between business and technical teams.
- Strong strategic instincts with the ability to balance user empathy, technical depth, and business judgment.
- Comfortable engaging stakeholders to uncover pain points and co-create solutions.
- Motivated by impact - you measure success by what the organization actually adopts and relies on.
