Our client-an international logistics organisation investing heavily in Poland and known for its digital-first, innovative approach-is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to drive national expansion across Air & Ocean Freight.

The Opportunity

As Senior BDM, you will play a pivotal role in building the company's footprint across Poland. You'll have freedom to shape the commercial strategy, win new national and regional accounts, and work with a forward-thinking leadership team committed to innovation and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development across Poland for Air & Ocean Freight products.
  • Identify, target, and secure mid-market and enterprise clients across key industries.
  • Build strong sales pipelines and deliver consistent, sustainable growth.
  • Collaborate with operations, product, and management to design client-specific logistics solutions.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, customer meetings, and commercial reviews.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and manage full-cycle sales processes from prospecting through onboarding.

  • Proven track record in winning new business within Air & Ocean Freight in Poland.
  • Strong market knowledge, competitive intelligence, and existing customer networks.
  • Strategic hunter mindset-comfortable engaging C‑level and senior supply chain leaders.
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively across departments.
  • A passion for innovation and digital logistics solutions.
  • Polish & English fluency.
