Position Overview

An experienced Ecommerce Key Account Manager is sought to lead and grow B2B eCommerce operations. This role is based in Miami, Florida, and reports directly to the Director of Key Accounts. The position is central to managing strategic client relationships, optimizing online sales performance, and driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eCommerce and a deep understanding of consumer behavior in the Soft or Durable Goods industry. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage key accounts, improve performance metrics, and identify opportunities for sustainable growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop expertise in backend systems used by key accounts and align with best practices.
  • Monitor product listings and inventory feeds daily to ensure accuracy and availability across partner platforms.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to evaluate performance, identify growth opportunities, and resolve issues.
  • Leverage market insights to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to inform strategic planning.
  • Track and analyze account performance metrics, ensuring profitability and taking corrective action when needed.
  • Represent the organization at trade shows, conferences, and networking events to build industry connections.
  • Manage promotional campaigns and advertising efforts across digital channels.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute strategic growth initiatives.
  • Prepare detailed reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Partner with Customer Service to ensure a seamless user experience and provide backend system training.
  • Work with Category Management to optimize product assortments and address assortment gaps.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at the executive level.
  • Experience with ERP systems-NetSuite or Acumatica preferred.
  • Background in the Soft or Durable Goods industry is required.
  • Existing relationships with online buyers in the Home Improvement category are a strong plus.
  • Proven success in managing eCommerce accounts and driving online sales.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic, analytical, and results-driven mindset.
  • Solid understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with backend eCommerce platforms, especially in the Home Improvement sector.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet ambitious sales targets, and perform well under pressure.
