Join a world‑leading global forwarder as they strengthen their healthcare vertical across Europe. We are looking for a Global Account Manager to take ownership of several top-tier pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device customers-driving strategy, growth, and long-term partnership success.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead global strategy and annual account plans for major healthcare clients.
  • Drive revenue growth across air, ocean, road, and temperature‑controlled solutions.
  • Act as the senior point of contact for C‑suite and supply chain leaders.
  • Oversee global SOPs, performance reviews, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Coordinate with regional teams to ensure flawless execution and exceptional service.
  • Support global tenders and solution design with a strong healthcare focus (GDP, compliance, cold chain).

What you bring:

  • 7+ years in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain.
  • Global or regional experience managing multinational customers.
  • Strong healthcare knowledge and ability to navigate high‑compliance environments.
  • Excellent commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Fluent English; other European languages an advantage.
