Join a world‑leading global forwarder as they strengthen their healthcare vertical across Europe. We are looking for a Global Account Manager to take ownership of several top-tier pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device customers-driving strategy, growth, and long-term partnership success.
In this role, you will:
- Lead global strategy and annual account plans for major healthcare clients.
- Drive revenue growth across air, ocean, road, and temperature‑controlled solutions.
- Act as the senior point of contact for C‑suite and supply chain leaders.
- Oversee global SOPs, performance reviews, and continuous improvement projects.
- Coordinate with regional teams to ensure flawless execution and exceptional service.
- Support global tenders and solution design with a strong healthcare focus (GDP, compliance, cold chain).
What you bring:
- 7+ years in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain.
- Global or regional experience managing multinational customers.
- Strong healthcare knowledge and ability to navigate high‑compliance environments.
- Excellent commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Fluent English; other European languages an advantage.
