Maintenance and Facilities Manager
Job Overview
We're seeking a seasoned Maintenance & Facilities Manager to lead the strategic upkeep and operational integrity of our liquid beverage manufacturing facility. You'll be responsible for maintaining high-performance automated machinery and overseeing facility operations while leading a team of skilled associates. This role is crucial in driving reliability, safety, and efficiency across the plant. This role is fully on-site in Clearwater, FL.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day maintenance operations across the facility, ensuring all systems function at optimal performance
Oversee and maintain automated production and atomization machinery used in liquid beverage manufacturing
Lead, mentor, and schedule a team of maintenance associates, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Develop preventive maintenance strategies and manage CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental policies, and GMP standards
Recommend and implement upgrades to machinery, facilities, and systems to improve plant performance
Must-Have Qualifications
Minimum 5 years experience managing maintenance operations in liquid beverage manufacturing environments
Strong background in electrical and mechanical systems, including diagnostics and repair
Hands-on experience working with automated systems and atomization machinery
Proven leadership skills managing and developing teams in fast-paced industrial settings
Familiarity with automation controls, PLCs, and facility infrastructure systems (HVAC, boilers, chillers, etc.)
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Technical degree or certification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing or TPM practices
Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish preferred)
