The facility specializes in producing metal composite materials, particularly aluminum-based panels used in architectural and structural applications such as building facades and signage. The Maintenance and Engineering Manager responsibilities include:
- Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team of technicians and professionals, aligning departmental goals with broader organizational objectives.
- Ensure equipment reliability through preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, reliability analytics, and safety protocol enforcement.
- Manage capital projects from planning to commissioning, including budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
- Oversee departmental operations, including work orders, inventory control, KPIs, SOPs, and compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Administer training programs, onboarding, and qualification processes for technical staff, while supporting continuous improvement across all shifts.
The Maintenance Manager should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in engineering and maintenance leadership, including project management and CMMS utilization.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, PLC programming and troubleshooting (Rockwell/Allen Bradley), and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Proven people leader with excellent communication, prioritization, and organizational abilities, capable of fostering team development and driving operational efficiency.
