In dieser Rolle verantworten Sie den reibungslosen operativen Betrieb, führen das gewerbliche Team und treiben kontinuierliche Verbesserungen im Tagesgeschäft voran. Der Fokus liegt auf stabilen Prozessen, Qualität, Sicherheit und Effizienz.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung von ca. 55 gewerblichen Mitarbeitenden
- Gesamtverantwortung für die operativen Abläufe in einem Multi‑User‑Umfeld
- Steuerung von Lager‑ und Distributionsprozessen für Industrie‑ und B2B‑Kunden
- Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Industrie‑ und Konsumgüterkunden
- KPI‑Steuerung, Produktivitäts‑ und Qualitätsmanagement
- Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von:
- 5S
- Shopfloor‑Management
- Lean Management
- Ramp‑up‑ und Launch‑Projekten
- Six‑Sigma‑Methoden
- Sicherstellung von Arbeitssicherheit, Qualität und Prozessstandards
