Role Summary
Lead daily processing and packaging operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage production schedules and resources to meet targets while maintaining quality and minimizing downtime.
- Track KPIs and drive improvements in throughput, yield, and waste to boost operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards including HACCP, GMP, and workplace safety.
- Coordinate maintenance and sanitation to keep equipment in top condition and maintain a clean, safe environment.
- Develop and mentor team members through coaching, training, and performance feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Operations Management, Agriculture, or related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in food or agricultural operations with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and lean manufacturing practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with production planning tools and ERP systems to manage workflows and optimize resources.
