Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations of a high-volume feed manufacturing facility.
- Build and develop high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, and structured development plans.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, or similar methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory agencies and maintain strong working relationships with inspectors and auditors.
- Oversee and manage plant-level P&L, driving cost efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree is mandatory for this role, with a preference for degrees in Food Science, Engineering, Business Management, or related fields that align with the responsibilities of plant operations.
- Demonstrated experience in the Food & Beverage industry is essential, with a proven track record of successfully managing plant operations in a high-demand environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements, including familiarity with agencies and frameworks that govern the Food & Beverage sector.
- Expertise in quality standards such as GMPs, HACCP, or SFSF is highly desirable, as this knowledge is critical for maintaining product safety and compliance.

- Agricultural Industry Background - Direct experience in grain, feed, or corn processing is essential.
- Team Leadership - Proven ability to build, lead, and develop teams in a manufacturing or production environment.
