PLC Technician - Aseptic
Role: Aseptic PLC Technician
Compensation: $35-$40/hour + overtime eligibility ; $1,000 sign on bonus + $1,000 retention bonus
Location: Asheville NC - relocation support provided

Summary:
We are partnered with a well-established U.S. beverage manufacturer that is seeking to add a talented Aseptic PLC Technician! With decades of proven success in high-volume production and continued investment in automation and process reliability, this company is expanding its controls and maintenance capabilities to support growing operational demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLC systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens TIA Portal, Krones)
- Support aseptic fillers, CIP/SIP systems, conveyors, pumps, and packaging lines
- Perform electrical, instrumentation, and VFD troubleshooting
- Calibrate and maintain sensors for temperature, pressure, flow, and level
- Read and update electrical drawings and documentation
- Support preventative maintenance, equipment upgrades, and process improvements
- Collaborate with operations, quality, and maintenance teams
- Maintain GMP and food safety standards
- Train operators and maintenance staff on automated systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Food, beverage, or aseptic manufacturing experience
- 3+ years of experience in an industrial or continuous-process manufacturing environment
- PLC troubleshooting experience (Siemens or Allen-Bradley)
