A manufacturing company is seeking a Post Acquisition Integration / Operational Transformation / Project Manager to join their team based in Ocean Township, NJ. Please see details below:

Role: Post Acquisition Integration / Operational Transformation / Project Manager

Work Model: on-site 5 days a week in Ocean Township, NJ

Role Overview:

The Project Manager - Integration is responsible for leading and executing integration projects related to acquired businesses. This role serves as the primary point of contact for acquired entities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, track milestones, and drive accountability throughout the integration lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management for acquisitions and integration initiatives
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for acquired businesses throughout the integration process
  • Lead and oversee the execution of change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and structures.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverable.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, IT, Operations, Legal, and Commercial
  • Support the implementation of a basic ERP system
  • Act as a change agent within the acquired organization while providing hands-on business support as part of the local acquired company management team
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 7 years of overall broad business experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on project management experience
