Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations with a focus on fluid milk processing and packaging.
- Lead and mentor production teams to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to implement process improvements and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
- Monitor pasteurization systems and packaging lines to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications

- At least 2 years in a management or supervisory role.
- Strong technical knowledge of pasteurisation and dairy packaging systems.
