The Quality Engineer & Laboratory Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Lead daily Quality Assurance and Quality Control laboratory operations.
- Supervise, train, and develop laboratory personnel.
- Maintain testing methods, procedures, and quality standards.
- Analyze quality data and support investigations into product and process issues.
- Manage laboratory equipment, calibration programs, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead continuous improvement and quality enhancement projects.
The Quality Engineer & Laboratory Supervisor should have the following qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Chemistry required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of quality and/or chemical manufacturing experience.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience required.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory testing, quality systems, and data analysis.
- Experience working within regulated manufacturing environments.
- Proven project management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
