Title: Regional Sales Manager

Salary: $120 - 150k/yr

Company Summary: Rapidly growing heavy manufacturer of engineered electrical components and specialty materials supporting power, energy, and industrial OEM markets.

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for:

  • Own and drive regional revenue performance across the Southeast, delivering against defined growth targets
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of territory sales reps, while holding accountability for performance and pipeline health
  • Build and expand relationships with OEMs, utilities, EPCs, and industrial end users in a technical sales environment
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategy aligned to electrification and grid modernization demand
  • Manage and grow distributor and channel partner network to increase market penetration
  • Drive new business while expanding key accounts with a focus on long-cycle, solution-based sales
  • Partner with product and operations teams to align on customer requirements and deliver tailored solutions
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and CRM discipline to support business planning

The Regional Sales Manager should have the following qualifications:

  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience within electrical components, engineered products, or heavy manufacturing
  • Strong background in technical, solution-based sales
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field
