The Opportunity
In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth across your region by developing new customer relationships and expanding existing accounts.
You will:
- Identify, target, and acquire new customers across air, sea, or international road freight
- Develop tailored logistics solutions that address customer needs
- Convert leads into long‑term commercial partnerships
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients
- Conduct regular business reviews and maintain strong customer satisfaction
- Work closely with operations to ensure seamless service delivery
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
- Work closely with product, operations, and customer service teams

About You
We're looking for someone who will have the drive of a hunter, the discipline of a professional consultant, and the curiosity to continuously learn.
You will likely have:
- At least 2-3 years' experience in freight forwarding, ideally in air, sea, or international road transport
- A proven ability to win new business
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive, self‑driven, and solution‑oriented mindset
- Ability to manage your own schedule and work autonomously
- Willingness to travel domestically
Language requirements
- Fluent German (native or near‑native level)
- Strong English (spoken and written)
