Sales Representative - Northeast Wisconsin (Remote/Field-Based)
Our client is seeking a Sales Representative to support and grow an established customer base within the pulp, paper, and packaging industries throughout the Northeast Wisconsin market. This role will focus primarily on maintaining and expanding existing business relationships while partnering closely with technical and commercial teams to deliver value-added solutions to customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts within the assigned territory.
- Develop strong relationships with mill personnel, production teams, and key decision-makers.
- Identify opportunities to expand business within current accounts.
- Work closely with technical resources to support customer needs and resolve challenges.
- Conduct regular customer visits and maintain a strong field presence.
- Support account retention, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth initiatives.
- Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to leadership.
Qualifications
- 1-5 years of sales, account management, or industry experience.
- Exposure to the pulp, paper, packaging, or converting industries preferred.
- Understanding of mill operations and manufacturing environments is a plus.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple customer accounts.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Territory
- Based in or near Green Bay, Wisconsin.
- Responsible for supporting multiple established customer accounts throughout the region.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $80,000-$90,000
- Annual Bonus: 10-20%
