Deine Aufgaben
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Transformations‑ und Optimierungsprojekten im Bereich Road Freight
- Analyse bestehender Prozesse und Ableitung strategischer Handlungsempfehlungen
- Weiterentwicklung von Strukturen, Prozessen und Organisationseinheiten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführung, Operations und Fachbereichen
- Steuerung von Projekten sowie Kommunikation mit internen Stakeholdern
Dein Profil
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Consulting, in Transformationsprojekten oder im Logistikumfeld (Road)
- Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement komplexer Organisationsstrukturen
- Kommunikationsstark, lösungsorientiert und umsetzungsstark
- Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands
