Our client, a leading player in the industrial manufacturing sector, is seeking a Site End-to-End Supply Chain Director to lead and transform operations at their flagship production site in Kassel.
🔧 The Role
As the Site E2E Supply Chain Director, you will be responsible for the full supply chain lifecycle - from material planning and logistics to operational execution - across a large-scale, highly complex production site. You will lead a team of over 100 professionals, driving performance, resilience, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, made-to-order environment.
🧭 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a large, diverse team across planning, logistics, and operational functions.
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain activities, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery.
- Drive operational excellence in a complex, made-to-order production setting.
- Collaborate closely with fellow Supply Chain Directors across other sites to align strategy and share best practices.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business goals.
- Tackle challenges head-on with a resilient, can-do attitude and a focus on results.

- 15+ years of progressive experience in supply chain leadership within industrial manufacturing.
- Proven success in made-to-order and complex production environments.
- Strong expertise in material planning and logistics.
- A hands-on, operational leader who thrives on the shop floor as much as in the boardroom.
- Exceptional people leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in German and comfortable working in a fully on-site role in Kassel.
