🎯 What You'll Do

As a Strategic Sales Director (Individual contributor), you will:

  • Drive growth in key European markets across ocean and air solutions
  • Build and develop high‑value customer relationships with €1 Billon + revenue clients
  • Lead solution‑selling engagements to optimize customer supply chains
  • Leverage extensive operational capabilities to deliver tailored, end‑to‑end forwarding solutions
  • Partner cross‑functionally with operations, solutions, customs, and vertical experts
  • Shape the commercial strategy in a high‑performing, rapidly evolving forwarding environment

What You Bring

  • Strong background in sales or business development within freight forwarding, supply chain, or logistics
  • Deep understanding of the European shipping landscape (ocean, air, or customs)
  • Consultative selling mindset-comfortable engaging senior stakeholders
  • Ability to navigate complex, global supply chains and deliver customer‑led solutions
  • A growth mindset, with the ambition to influence a scaling European forwarding platform
