As a Strategic Sales Director (Individual contributor), you will:
- Drive growth in key European markets across ocean and air solutions
- Build and develop highâvalue customer relationships with âŹ1 Billon + revenue clients
- Lead solutionâselling engagements to optimize customer supply chains
- Leverage extensive operational capabilities to deliver tailored, endâtoâend forwarding solutions
- Partner crossâfunctionally with operations, solutions, customs, and vertical experts
- Shape the commercial strategy in a highâperforming, rapidly evolving forwarding environment

- Strong background in sales or business development within freight forwarding, supply chain, or logistics
- Deep understanding of the European shipping landscape (ocean, air, or customs)
- Consultative selling mindset-comfortable engaging senior stakeholders
